Do you work with international clients?
Yes! In fact, we're always on the go ourselves. We love travelling the world and helping clients we meet along the way.
How does payment work?
After our initial meeting we will follow up by sending you the contract. When you have signed contract, you will receive an invoice for a 50% deposit. Once the project is complete, you will receive another invoice for the remaining 50%. We accept all major credit cards.
How soon can you start my project?
We usually require 3-4 weeks notice to book a project, however we can sometimes accommodate rush orders depending on the job. Get in touch to learn more.
What currency are your prices in?
Our prices are displayed in USD.
How long is the process?
Both our web design and branding packages take anywhere from 3-8 weeks, depending on the project scope, feedback loops and what additional items you need.
Can I add collateral items to my package?
Yes! Clients often add additional graphic work to the scope of the project. Let us know what you need and we’ll be happy to share a custom quote.
Do you offer ongoing services?
Absolutely! We love working with our clients and are happy to help them achieve brand unity across multiple platforms and projects.
What if I need more rounds of revisions than was initially defined?
How do we communicate?
We use email as our primary means of communication. We like to have our initial meeting and subsequent revision meetings via a video call, but after that it is completely up to the client if they would like to continue with video calls or email.
