Working from home can get redundant and distractions are everywhere. Most of us are on our phones now more than ever but it’s important to take a breather, disconnect and center ourselves.

Here are some easy mindful moments you can incorporate into your day 🧘‍♀️⠀

✨ Think breathing: Breathe in, hold for three counts and exhale. Count seven breathes.

✨ Empty your mind: Take a few moments and be still.

✨ Mindful eating: Turn off all distractions and pay attention to your senses. Indulge in the flavours, textures and smells⠀

✨ Enjoy fresh air: Go for a walk, or take your break outside today. Fresh air and sunshine really do heal the soul!☀️
