Start by freeing up time ⏰
Give yourself at least 48hours out of your business. Try to remember who you are without it. We can love what we do and we can obsess over it...both you and I know how easily that line gets blurred.
Make a list of things that need to change 🗒️
Make a concrete plan to implement the changes. Sometimes we keep doing things because that’s the way we’ve always done them, but that doesn’t mean it’s necessarily the best way. Taking stock of how you do business will bring up bottlenecks that can be fixed.
Realize that you can’t do everything alone, and you shouldn’t 👭
Many of our clients believe that unless they do everything in their business themselves things will run amuck. In reality, a large majority of running a business involves menial or technical tasks that can be outsourced.
Look at the big picture 😇
Sometimes the businesses we build start feeling more like a trap rather than freedom, and oftentimes we overwork ourselves. The great news is that you can always change your circumstances for the better, and you can always improve the way you do business.
Constant anxiety, stress and overwhelm shouldn't be part of your day to day babe, and if it is, this is your sign to stop and pivot. 🛑
